Meet Kate. Talented florist and owner of Beautiful Flowers in Worcester.
Last week I had the opportunity to spend a few hours with Kate and her team. It was the coldest day in March(!) on record and we had planned to do a Spring shoot ready for Mother's Day. However, the weather did not scupper our plans and neither did it deter the team as they continued to work hard to fulfil their customer orders.
Beautiful Flowers is my favourite florist. Having lived near Worcester since my early teens and then worked in the city centre, this independent flower boutique was my go to for gifts and flowers for Mum and many others. They have always provided such stunning bouquets and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Kate, Julia, Emma and Renata are all so passionate and super knowledgable in their field. They work hard to make bespoke bouquets, cater for weddings, tributes, funeral flowers and flower arrangements for local businesses and events.
The shop has colour in abundance with their popular posie jars, vases, succulents, terrariums and much more.

Fact File: Kate is from New Zealand where she became a qualified florist and was involved in making arrangements for the government and the Rolling Stones, when they visited. When she came over to the UK she freelanced in London and worked for Paul Thomas at his florist called The Greenery, in Mayfair. She also freelanced for Angel Flowers in Islington and the Bloomsbury Brothers. In 2004 she opened Beautiful Flowers.
