A day in the life of a Florist

Meet Kate. Talented florist and owner of Beautiful Flowers in Worcester.

Last week I had the opportunity to spend a few hours with Kate and her team. It was the coldest day in March(!) on record and we had planned to do a Spring shoot ready for Mother's Day. However, the weather did not scupper our plans and neither did it deter the team as they continued to work hard to fulfil their customer orders.

Beautiful Flowers is my favourite florist. Having lived near Worcester since my early teens and then worked in the city centre, this independent flower boutique was my go to for gifts and flowers for Mum and many others. They have always provided such stunning bouquets and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Kate, Julia, Emma and Renata are all so passionate and super knowledgable in their field. They work hard to make bespoke bouquets, cater for weddings, tributes, funeral flowers and flower arrangements for local businesses and events.

The shop has colour in abundance with their popular posie jars, vases, succulents, terrariums and much more.

With Mother’s Day literally a few days away, choose your local florist this year. They care about what you want and will hand select the most beautiful flowers in order for you to give the perfect gift.

You can place an order with Beautiful Flowers online at or over the phone 01905 330229 They also have their own delivery service for the Worcestershire area, so your Mum can receive her bouquet on Sunday.

So, shop small this Mother’s Day!
